Brief Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is an integral part of almost any mental health treatment plan. While a referral to a more specialized therapist is warranted for certain situations, I do provide brief psychotherapy during visits for some patients. I regularly utilize several therapeutic techniques:​

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness training and practice

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Counseling for multiple issues, including career guidance, general health, life transitions, and substance abuse
